About us

We provide consulting services that will help you establish a sustainable governance framework that addresses both the development (or enhancement) of a Business Resilience Program and manage any crisis.

We believe that a Program has to be supported by a solid business case, a budget that spans multiple financial years and is improved over time. We encourage our clients to remove single points of failure from their supply chains and we pay particular attention to the resilience of third party suppliers – especially cloud providers.

We will help you develop a Program policy, a Business Continuity Plan, a Crisis Management Plan and the associated documentation. We strongly recommend that any plans are validated by exercising. We can also help you develop a Disaster Recovery Plan for your IT systems.

The two increasing risks Australian organisations face are climate change and cyber hacking. The emergence of the risks resulting from climate change require that careful attention is paid to both the transitional and physical risks. Australia’s distant location presents a vulnerability to our long supply lines and their exposure to interruption from physical climate events. Unfortunately, for Australia, 2022 has been a year when these risks have been realised for many organisations.

The activities of cyber criminals continue to plague many Australian organisations. It seems even the most prepared organisations are vulnerable. We strongly encourage business leaders to become more involved in the management of this risk.
